L-3 Communications announced that it intends to release its 2011 first quarter results on Thursday, April 21, before the open of the market.
According to a release, in conjunction with this announcement, L-3 will host a conference call on the same day at 11 a.m. EDT that will be simultaneously broadcast over the Internet. Michael T. Strianese, chairman, president and chief executive officer, and Ralph G. D'Ambrosio, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will host the call.

The archived version of the call may be accessed at the site or by dialing 888-286-8010 (passcode: 77765387) beginning approximately two hours after the call ends and will be available until the company's next quarterly earnings release.
