Very often the events that make the headlines in our newspapers are negative. I'd like to try to shed positive light on a local nursing home that recently was in the news for alleged negative care of a patient.
I commend the staff at Northwoods of Troy for the excellent care they gave my father-in-law during his four-month stay there. His needs never went unanswered or unattended. The nurses and aides were quick to respond to his call button. They showed concern for him as a person. …
